About

Sales Engineer who builds.

Not just a consultant — I code (Python, SQL, APIs), understand infrastructure (Linux, Docker, AWS), and sell. That combination is rare.

I'm a multidisciplinary professional with over 15 years of experience in technology and business — from datacenter operations at EQUINIX to IT governance at Petrobras, through SaaS implementation and Sales Engineering at ORTEC across Latin America.

Today I'm focused on AI & Automation — building systems that solve real business problems and demonstrating how AI can transform operations, sales, and customer success.

My superpower is bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. I enjoy moving between customer conversations and hands-on prototyping.

Principles

How I work

Understand the business problem first.

Technology is a means, not an end. Every project starts with understanding what problem we're solving and for whom.

Explain value, not features.

Clients don't buy architecture diagrams. They buy outcomes — reduced costs, faster decisions, scalable operations.

Build what ships.

A perfect demo that never reaches production is waste. I prioritize durable, maintainable solutions that teams can actually run.

Learn in public, build in public.

Every project generates content: a case study, a blog post, a demo. Learning without publishing creates little market value.

Methodology

How I Build

From problem discovery to continuous improvement — a repeatable methodology I follow for every engagement, whether it's a SaaS implementation or an AI prototype.

01Business ProblemIdentify the real problem worth solving
02DiscoveryUnderstand context, stakeholders, and constraints
03BaselineMeasure current state — know where you stand
04Risk AssessmentEvaluate feasibility, cost of inaction, and blockers
05Business CaseQuantify impact and build justification to move forward
06ArchitectureDesign the solution blueprint
07PrototypeBuild a tangible proof-of-concept
08ValidationTest assumptions with real users and real data
09ImplementationShip to production with structured rollout
10MeasurementTrack outcomes against baseline metrics
11Continuous ImprovementIterate based on data and feedback
